Buffalo has announced a new line of
USB 3.0 portable hard drives namely
the
HD-PZU3. Coming in two different storage capacities:
500GB and 1TB,
these portable hard drives meet the
military’s MIL-STD-810F standard for
impact resistance and feature a silicon rubber case, a USB 3.0
connection interface and a built-in 256-bit AES hardware encryption. The
HD-PZU3 will become available in mid-March for 15,700 Yen / $200 and
20,000 Yen / $255, respectively, in deep red, indigo black and dark
silver color options.
